REFUND POLICY

A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.

However, in some cases, an item/s can be returned for a SOLE STREET store credit ONLY  which can be used to repurchase correct sizing. (SOLE STREET store credits do not have an expiry).

Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability. In agreement with our Sellers, SOLE STREET is able to place any item on hold for 24 hours in store only.

For your item to be considered, it must meet the criteria below; 

  • Returns and size swaps to be made within 7 days of item arrival unless another arrangement has been made with the team. 
  • Item/s must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
  • Any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included
